Depending on how you use the site, we may collect your name, email address and the information you choose to include in an enquiry. Why we use it

We use enquiry details to respond to you, mailing-list details to send the updates you asked for, and essential browser storage to make the site work as expected. We rely on consent for optional marketing, and on our legitimate interests to respond to genuine enquiries and protect the site.

Who sees it

We do not sell personal information. If we introduce a newsletter provider, form processor, ordering partner, payment service or analytics platform, we will only share the information needed for that service and will update this notice before it is used.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and follow up, normally no longer than 12 months. We keep marketing details until you unsubscribe. Local website preferences remain on your device until you clear them or change your browser settings.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of your personal information, or ask for a portable copy where that applies. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.
